style="text-align: left;">People often start playing Kingsage for the first time  on a brand new world, I did myself. It&#8217;s not always the best idea though, new worlds are very aggressive and even very experienced players sometimes struggle. The important thing is to get most benefit from those early days when conquest protecton is in place to get you off to a good start.</p><p
style="text-align: left;">During your first week you cannot be attacked by anyone unless you yourself attack. You can however farm abandoned settlements with no penalty. This is followed by 30 days of conquest protection. For the first week then your priority should be building up your mines and warehouse.</p><p
style="text-align: left;">Look around your map carefully and check the location of abandoned settleements. If there a some in easy reach then you can add a barracks and train some squires. If not leave the barracks until later. Also look carefully for a nearby very small inactive settlement. You will need this during the conquest protection phase.</p><p
style="text-align: left;">As you get towards the end of the week start building up the hideout. No need to worry about the wall just yet but you can start improving your barracks and troop levels. These should be squires or berserkers for farming at tihs point. No rush for defence troops since you have no real need to defend anything.</p><p
style="text-align: left;">Once your attack protection expires the fun begins. At this point you may well find yourself under attack from other players either just to steal your resources or to keep you weak until they can take your sett. There are three things you can do to combat this. One is your hideout will keep some resources safe. Build it up and use up your resources as fast as possible so there is never much to take. You can also build up your market. Put any excess good up at a silly exchange rate. That will keep them safe and if you&#8217;re lucky someone may even accept!</p><p
style="text-align: left;">The final thing to do is keep your troops safe. You don&#8217;t want to lose them at this point since you will have need of them later. This is where that very small sett you located earlier comes in. whenver you go offline or are under attack send them there as support. By this point such a small sett cannot be attacked due to the 10:1 rule so they will be perfectly safe. A sett that is still under attack protection can also be used.</p><p
style="text-align: left;">Don&#8217;t forget to build spies so you can keep an eye on your neighbours. Now is also the time to start building your wall and training more troops so that you are ready for business.</p><p
style="text-align: left;">By the time your protection runs out you should have built up enough to give any local farmer a nasty shock and hopefully will even be in a position to conquer another sett of your own. Remember also that conquest protection only applies to your main sett and it isn&#8217;t lost if you take another players sett so you may even be able to expand before your protection runs out. You can take an abandoned or the second sett of another player even if he is still conquest protected in his main sett.</p><p

Removal/editing of posts voicing the concern.</p><p>Filling tickets to report is no help as the usual reply comes &#8216;no evidence&#8217;. Those group of &#8211; most likely only 20 real &#8211; players outsmart staff due to the bans they got in the past, they adjusted and fool staff.</p><p>Average time to have a ticket answered is more than a week !!! even if &#8216;rare&#8217; evidence is found of abusing game mechanics or multi accounting the damage has been done to the honest player.</p><p>World 7 pillory , +90% of the banned players are multi accounts originating from the country vietnam !</p><p>So is this a tactic of GameForge to allow multi accounting if not reported so that there is a fake presence of people playing the game ? How could it? No one tells me how I use my browser… or that I’m tied to either Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, lynx or any other browser. I read the paper with FF, read my email, get the tv guide etc etc… I don’t just use it for one website… This is an excerpt from<a

Can OG actually uphold such terms and conditions in the first place?</p><p>Some facts:</p><p>KingsAgeX collects and displays information in the same way it is displayed to the user. It does not alter or manipulate information which it retrieves for you. It is the same information and more of it. It does not play the game, you do. It does not auto-refresh. It does give you a menu option and buttons to click on which are not part of the game menu, it’s part of the HTML that is generated on YOUR BROWSER on YOUR COMPUTER. It does this in mid-air so to speak or on-the-fly. The important thing to note is that your browser still interfaces with the KingsAge server in exactly the same way!</p><p>It is partially automated in that it collects data you would otherwise have to click a thousand times for. You could call it a macro that you run on your computer. Normally, you click this much anyway, and that’s how you spend your time playing the game. The unfair advantage is gained because through KingsAgeX you use a considerable less amount of time to do your Intel. Thus, the remaining time you can then choose to spend in Planning or Operations. This speeds up decision making and makes it easier to manage your assets. However, the unfair advantage is lost when everyone uses it. Just like history teaches us, <a

Can OG stipulate to you how you use your time playing their game? I think not.</p><p>In a sense, it can be detected, because it looks as if you’ve clicked (say for example) a thousand URL’s in a very short time span when you generate a server map. However, if I can manually stitch a map together in 35minutes (which I have done by taking ~16 screenshots and then using <a
target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://cegamers.com/goto/http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/um/redmond/groups/ivm/ice/" >Microsoft’s free ICE</a>) and KingsAgeX is made to do it in 35minutes, there’s no difference in web traffic. It’s exactly the same. Save for the interval between clicks. Mine would vary (I can get interrupted – I am human), KingsAgeX would always have the same interval..If KingsAgeX was made to do this with a random interval, it would be another matter again…</p><p>In conclusion,  a web browser displays information. GreaseMonkey enables you to load a userscript which can re-arrange this information and or add information from the same or other sources in mid air/on the fly and then display it in your browser. The manner in which this information and or other information is retrieved is through your browser and is the same should you have done so manually. OG can ask you to comply and you can choose to say yes, but these terms cannot be binding for using Greasemonkey userscripts as you are NOT:</p><p>…Guilty of manipulative interfering in the online game. (Whatever that may be. Do you mean gaining root access on the server and changing low level code? — Different story that, innit?)</p><p>…Interfering with the function or course of the game. (On a technical level you are interacting with it in exactly the same way)</p><p>…Blocking, rewriting or modifying content. The content from the server stays the same. If I have non exclusive use from my colleague at work to print out his email, overlay the email with my own thin plastic and highlight certain sections on the thin, plastic and see through layer with a yellow marker pen, it’s my prerogative. I can give his print-out back unmodified.</p><p>…Using cheats, mods or hacks. No parameters are changed and send back to the server. As stated before, Firefox remains Firefox. The browser remains the browser. This is the vehicle we speak through and it remains unaltered. Argue differently!</p><p>…Data mining. You are not sending data from the kingsage server to another third party server. This however is how kahelper.com works though.</p><p>Here we go:</p><p>Section 5.3 is absolute rubbish. Data for the following servers (see pic left) are available at this time of writing. A caveat is mentioned: Data is only ever as accurate as the last time kahelpers uploaded it. Rankings stats such as this for s2.kingsage.org are readily available though…</p><p><img

Seeing this script has been downloaded over 8000 times, would Gameforge instantly ban that many players if they could track its usage?</p><p>There’s certainly nothing illegal at running GreaseMonkey through FF in order to re-arrange data in your web browser to give you a better experience. <a
target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://cegamers.com/goto/http://userscripts.org/" >userscripts.org</a> (the repository for some 2.000.000+ GreasemMnkey scripts) bares witness. However the point is that some (not all) “features” in KingsAge’s “premium” (a paid for) account improve game play by giving access to more information. A free javascript will do the same thing and claw back valuable dollars.. It’s organized into the alliances near my settlement, so I can see who’s where, and who’s a threat or not.</p><p>Now you know what color coding does. Now if you need help doing it for yourself, I’ll teach you how to do it.</p><p>Firstly, open up your Map. There will be a key at the bottom, showing the colors used for allies, NAPs, and enemies etc. At the bottom left from there you’ll see the option “Player:” Click that and you’ll be brought to a new window titled “Edit player’s colors”. Keep in mind the alliance(s) or players you’d like to add to the map. Go to “Object Type” and select the type object you’ll be color coding. Player, Settlement, and Alliance are the options. Let’s say you selected alliance. Now go to “Object Name” and type in the alliance’s tag. To provide an example, I chose to mark the alliance EoD on my map:</p><p

Most top alliances in the game of KingsAge assign trustworthy members to deal with relations with other alliances. These members are often known as diplomats. But what exactly do these diplomats do?</p><p>I’ve been an active member in world 2 KingsAge since the beginning. and I’m here to share with you my thoughts, tips, and opinions on how to be a good diplomat. I’ll also go over some common mistakes that diplomats make, or general issues with how some people handle diplomacy.</p><p>Common jobs of a diplomat:<br
/> ¤ Declaring other alliances as allied, NAPed, or enemy.<br
/> ¤ Relays communications between other alliance’s leadership members and/or diplomats.<br
/> ¤ Studies the way the world is running and develops a plan or idea on what actions should be carried out for the better of the alliance.<br
/> A good diplomat should always:<br
/> ¤ Be active. If you’re not an active player, do not even bother trying to be a diplomat, it will only do harm to your alliance.<br
/> ¤ Stay up-to-date with all alliances they are in relation with, including allies, NAPs, and enemies.<br
/> ¤ Speak with respect. No foul language.<br
/> ¤ Use proper, but understandable language. Try to limit, and possibly eliminate all use of internet acronyms, and definitely try and refrain from using terms like u and r as you and are. <br
/> ¤ Have trust in the other members of leadership in their alliance. If you don’t trust one another, it won’t work out, I guarantee it.<br
/> ¤ Never act out in self-interest. This means don’t ally with an alliance simply because you’re near a few of them who are stronger than you. If decisions are to be made, it needs to be made for the better of the alliance as a whole.</p><p>Common diplomacy related mistakes:<br
/> ¤ Unfortunately, some diplomatic discussions between two alliances don’t always end in agreement. When diplomats try and persuade another alliance into something, and the other alliance refuses, persisting after this point is usually never successful. 95% of the time it only leads to heated arguments, and ultimately war between the two of you, so remember: No means no.<br
/> ¤ Diplomats sometimes get a rush of adrenaline when they first start out, do great at the job, and then the flame burns out and they get lazy on the job. So, make sure you don’t disappoint your fellow alliance members.<br
/> ¤ Sometimes, diplomats feel that they are experienced enough to make major decisions without consent from their alliance leader(s). Uh-oh, you just declared war on that alliance ranked #3. You’ll get punished or demoted if you have a good leader.</p><p>General diplomacy tips:<br
/> ¤ If you ever get a message from someone you don’t know, be sure to get to know everything you can about them as you possibly can by looking at their profile, looking at their alliance’s profile, etc. This will help you get an understanding of the person and what his or her alliance’s point of view and attitude is.<br
/> ¤ Color code the alliances you have relations with. This will help organize your map and give you a better understanding of what’s going on near the members of your alliance. If you don’t know how to color code alliances, go <a

People remember the messages with humor in it, and will likely choose to partake in a good relationship with that person over the one who sent a bland, dry message.<br

Research tear down buildings at the alchemist</p><p>2. Destroy your resource production levels </p><p>3. If you still have time left destroy other expensive buildings or heavy needed buildings, this could be lvl 5 alchemist, residence</p><p>4. Finally start destroying the miller, if the conquered town has no free settlers it will become a slow process for the attacker to rebuild the town.</p><p>This tactic is only to be used when you don&#8217;t see any other way to defend your town. Each spying mission requires a minimum of 5 spies.</li><li>Scouting Mission &#8211; To do a scouting mission you add a number of spies to a regular army being sent to attack a town. If your attack succeeeds, then you will get a report on all resources, buildings and troops supported by that Town. Each Scouting Mission requires a minimum of 1 spy added to a regular army, more spies give more information in the spy report..</li><li>Spying Defence &#8211; All spies in a Twon will automatically defend against attacks by enemy spies. To successfully defeat enemy spies attacking one of your Towns you must kill ALL of the attacking spies with your spies stationed in the Town. You need 2 defensive spies to kill each attacking spy. If you are defending against a Spying Mission, then your defensive spies are immune from death during the fight.
