Broken Games

When going to live chat , Zynga CS often asks how they can “soften your pain” due to issues.

This results in players asking for items that aren’t even possible to normally get on the homestead.

We did the test…

One of our team members had a game issue and was offered by support ‘What would you like’

Our team member deliberate asked for 2 Trail static game elements.

• The Trail Wagon
• Bart’s Trader Cart

Without an issue and even check if that is even a item that is possible to have by players the Support Agent “granted” those.

Both items where nicely delivered in the inbox of gifts of our team member.

We even checked if it was possible to place them on the homestead and yes it was possible.

Was possible to move, and rotate but not store.

Our team member asked later Zynga CS to remove the items as she didn’t want her game broken by well some mall informed Zynga CS agents what is available or not  to players….

Anyway, we strongly believe that such items can or will break the game as they aren’t intented to be part of the homestead nor to be available even to players.
